Detail rate:

6.80% p.a. for 1-5 years
7.00% p.a. for 6-7 years

Maximum financing amount:

RM50000.00

Minimum financing amount:

RM10000.00

Repayment period:

1 to 7 years

Fees and charges:

- No processing fee
- RM50.00 Wakalah fee

Penalty for early settlement:

Early settlement fee at bank's discretion

Approval time:

Fast approval

Minimum income requirement:

Monthly income of RM3,000

Guarantor requirement:

- Financing RM30,000.00 and below – without guarantor - Financing more than RM30,000.00 – one guarantor

Eligibility criteria:

- Applicant must be 18 years and not exceeding the retirement age at the end of payment period
- Malaysian citizen
- Continued employee in Government Sector, Public Listed Companies, Subsidiaries of Government or Public Listed Company
