Personal financing for employees of companies categorised as package companies by Bank Islam, with attractive fixed profit rate and flexible payment tenure.

Rate:

from 5.10% p.a.

Detail rate:

5.10% p.a. for 1-3 years
5.60% p.a. for 4-12 years
5.90% p.a. for 13-15 years

Maximum financing amount:

RM150000.00

Minimum financing amount:

RM10000.00

Repayment period:

1 to 15 years or retirement age (whichever earlier)

Fees and charges:

- No processing fee
- RM50.00 Wakalah fee

Penalty for early settlement:

Early settlement fee at bank's discretion

Approval time:

Fast approval

Minimum income requirement:

Monthly income of RM1,200

Guarantor requirement:

No collateral/guarantor required

Eligibility criteria:

- Applicant must be 18 years and not exceeding the retirement age at the end of payment period
- Malaysian citizen
- Continued employee in Government Sector, Selected Public Listed Companies, Subsidiaries of Government or Selected Public Listed Company, Other Prominent Private Limited Companies as categorized under package companies listed by Bank Islam
